Annual Council Recognition Dinner

Each year our Council, the Western Los Angeles County Council, recognizes Districts and Divisions that have achieved "Quality" status and individual Scouters who have earned the Silver Beaver award at an awards dinner. There is a per person cost and reservations are required.
