Patrol Leader Councils

(PLCs)

Meeting Minutes

• Troop 22 is a boy-lead troop.

• Patrol leaders are elected by the boys in the troop.

• Patrol leaders meet Monthly at Patrol Leader Council meetings to plan the upcoming events. 

• PLCs are the third Thursday of each month (Check calendar to confirm)

• PLCs are held at Prince of Peace Church

• PLCs run from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

• Who attends:

• Patrol leaders of all of the patrols
• All Troop Guides
• Troop Scribe
• Assistant Senior Patrol Leader
• Senior Patrol Leader
• Scoutmaster and
• At least one other Assistant Scoutmaster

If a Patrol Leader is unable to attend a given PLC, he should make sure that either his Assistant Patrol Leader or another boy in his patrol attends in his place to represent the patrol. 

Each month the PLC should check/review

• the Troop calendar

• the Goals set at the TLT

• the minutes from the last PLC
