Notes
About the patrol leader council
Patrick discussed the role of the
PLC as a team to represent the patrols and lead the troop.
He said that patrol leaders
should try to communicate personally rather than by email in order to assure
that timely communications happen.
He stressed that it is important
to arrive and start the PLC right at 7:00 pm.
He said that problems within the
patrols are to be handled by the patrol leaders with the help of the SPL, if
needed, not directly through the SM.
