Notes

  • About the patrol leader council

    • Patrick discussed the role of the PLC as a team to represent the patrols and lead the troop.

    • He said that patrol leaders should try to communicate personally rather than by email in order to assure that timely communications happen.

    • He stressed that it is important to arrive and start the PLC right at 7:00 pm.

    • He said that problems within the patrols are to be handled by the patrol leaders with the help of the SPL, if needed, not directly through the SM.

  • Calendar

    • Monday, October 2nd is a date to help the food pantry

    • This Monday, Sept 25 is the last chance to plan for the Josepho trip

    • 9/25 Tigers have opening

    • 10/2 no meeting

    • 10/9 and 10/16 are planning for the patrol challenge

    • 10/9 opening Beavers, game Rams

    • 10/16 opening Wolverines,  games Bolts

    • A brief discussion of appropriate games occurred

    • 10/23 start planning for November trip

    • 10/23 opening Rams, skill "How to plan an outing", Owls, game: Tigers

    • Make sure that we can induct Jeremy M.  Barry will contact Lisa or Jill.

    • Jake announced that Parker Z is the new ASPL

    • Ms. Barney addressed the PLC about doing service at the Home Depot on Variel on Oct 7, from 10 to 1:00 pm in order to earn boothing privilege there for popcorn.

    • Ms. Druez complemented the patrols on their general planning for the Josepho trip.
