December 2004 PLC Meeting Minutes

New Outing Equipment Policy Starting Immediately: Effective this outing, scouts are required to stay after arriving at church on Sunday to put gear in the shed behind the church.  Patrol members are not allowed to leave until all gear is put back and the quartermaster approves.

Treasure Hunt Details:  This Monday, patrols will be planning for the treasure hunt.  They must have an adult chosen to go on the outing with them.  The adult will not participate in the games, but can give advice and guide scouts.  It is useful to look for all FOUR clues in order to know who will be the best adult for this job.  Barry Burgess and Bill Megowan cannot be chosen as advisors.  Scouts will plan their menus, including snacks, lunch (no cooking), breakfast, and another light lunch.  Scouts will not be required to plan a dinner.
