Uniform and Attendance

Uniform - complete

Patrol leaders to be at church at 7:00 pm

SPL and PL to review plans after the troop meeting (5 minutes)

Announcements

Opinions are NOT announcements and MUST be passed on to the PL and then the SPL for the PLC or Troop Committee

Communication

PL MUST call SPL by Friday night if they have a responsibility for the next meeting. NO EXCUSES!

NOT COMING TO TROOP MEETING is NOT an excuse for not preparing

SPL MUST call SM by Saturday 1 pm

Attendance to PLC is mandatory for SPL and ASPL and ALL PL. NO EXCUSES! WE RUN THIS MEETING ON TIME!

Patrols:

Must bring patrol flag at meeting

Must have a patrol yell

PL must have a patrol notebook with roster, calendar, etc. MUST READ the Patrol Leader handbook

SPL must have a troop notebook with roster, calendar, etc. MUST read SPL Handbook

PL must ensure that EVERYONE in the patrol advances. If someone does not show up, call and find out why.

Learn outdoor code by 31^st or March

Opening/closing must be more than Pledge of Allegiance, scout laws and scout oath.
