TROOP 22 COOK-OFF
RULES
Patrols
will prepare a three-course meal consisting of an appetizer or soup, a main
dish and a dessert.
Patrols
will choose the menu. Hot dogs and hamburgers, as usual, are not approved menu
items.
Ready-made
meals do not qualify for the contest. For example: Cup-O-Noodles for soup,
canned soup, prepared backpackers’ meals, etc. Meals should be prepared from
basic ingredients, whether fresh or dehydrated.
Patrols
should make every effort to maintain the cost per person to $10.00 or less.
Patrols
can request the assistance (hands-off) of one parent (non-scout leader)
