• US 101 to Kanan Rd. exit.
• Turn left onto Kanan Rd (toward the coast)
• Turn right (north) onto PCH. Go 14.5 miles to the La Jolla Canyon trailhead
• parking on your right, about 1.5 miles after Sycamore Canyon camp
