Directions to Fishbowls Trailhead

1st Leg of the Drive
- Take the 101 east (south) to the 405 freeway
- Take the 405 north to the 5 freeway
- Take the 5 north past Gorman to Frazier Mountain Park Rd.
- We will all collect at the Flying J Truck Plaza before proceeding.
2nd Leg of the Drive
- Take Frazier Mountain Park Rd. to Lockwood Valley Road.
- Turn left onto Lockwood Valley Road and proceed to Forest Service Road # 7N03.
- Take 7N03 south. It's about 6 miles to the trail head parking from this point.
- 7N03 starts out paved and becomes a dirt road named Mutau Road which drops down into Grade Valley and becomes Grade Valley Road.
- Stay on Grade Valley Road and follow the signs toward Thorn Meadows.
- The Fishbowls trailhead is on your right behind the stock pens.
- If you reach Thorn Meadows, you’ve gone about a mile too far.
- Since there is little or no cellular coverage here, if you get separated from the group return to the intersection of Lockwood Valley and 7N03 as a collection point
