Senior Patrol Leader Binder Contents

When a Scout accepts the position of Senior Patrol Leader, he will get a Senior Patrol Binder from the Troop Committee.  Some of the things in the binder are purchased at a store (paper, pens etc.); some of the things in the binder are stored in our Troop Documents File Box which is at every troop meeting; and some of the things in the binder can be downloaded from this website and printed.  Here is a list of the contents of the Senior Patrol Leader binder and where to find them.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get a high quality 1.5 or 2 inch D-ring binder at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Binding/Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat-pdf file)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Binder Table of Contents (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Senior Patrol Leader Handbook (Get these at the Scout shop, take them to a copy place to get holes drilled so they can be put into the binder if you want, or just twist the spiral binding through the binder clips)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs in September)

• SPL Responsibilities Document (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Notebook Paper (Any place! but prices are better in September)
