Patrol Leader Binder Contents

Each patrol has a Patrol Leader Binder.  When a Scout accepts the position of Patrol Leader, he should get the Patrol Leader Binder from the previous Patrol Leader.  At this time the contents may need updating or resupplying.  When we have a new patrol in the troop, we present the patrol with a new Patrol Binder.  If a patrol's binder is ever lost or destroyed that patrol can rebuild their binder with files from this web page.

Some of the things in the binder are purchased at a store (paper, pens etc.); some of the things in the binder are stored in our Troop Documents File Box which is at every troop meeting; and some of the things in the binder can be downloaded from this website and printed.  Here is a list of the contents of the Patrol binder and where to find them.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Patrol Leader Handbook (Get these at the Scout shop, take them to a copy place to get holes drilled so they can be put into the binder if you want)
