Historian Binder Contents

When a Scout accepts the position of Historian, we present him with his own Historian Binder.  Some of the things in the binder are purchased at a store (paper, pens etc.); some of the things in the binder are stored in our Troop Documents File Box which is at every troop meeting; and some of the things in the binder can be downloaded from this website and printed.  Here is a list of the contents of the Historian binder and where to find them.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Binding/Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat-pdf file)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs)

• Notebook Paper (Any place!)

• Binder Table of Contents (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Binder Sections

  • Duties (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Troop Roster (Troop Documents File box)

  • Troop Calendar (Troop Documents File box)

  • Collect Photos for Troop Photo Website

    • Documentation on using our Photo Website -- TBD
