The Transportation Coordinator is on the Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee of the Troop 22 Parent Committee.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat File)

• Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat File)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store, this binder uses 10 tabs)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs)

• Notebook Paper (Any place!)

• Front Flap

  • Adventure Passes

• Binder Sections

  • Troop Roster (Troop Documents File box)

  • Troop Calendar (Troop Documents File box)

  • Responsibilities (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Maps/Directions (Keep these on our Website under Maps)

  • Driver Info Forms

    • Use this section to keep current completed Driver Information Forms

    • Driver Information Form (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Driver Assignment Sheets (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Annual Driving Log (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Summer Camp

    • Keep contact and receipt information for Summer Camp Transportation here.

  • High Adventure

    • Keep contact and receipt information for High Adventure Trips here.

  • Adventure Passes (Print the web pages for the binder)
