Permission Slip COORDINATOR Binder Contents

The Permission Slip Coordinator is on the Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee of the Troop 22 Parent Committee.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat File)

• Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat File)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store, this binder uses 10 tabs)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs)

• Notebook Paper (Any place!)

• Binder Sections

  • Troop Roster & Calendar (Troop Documents File box)

  • Permission Slips

    • Keep a printed copy for each month in the binder

    • We keep an online copy of each on this website in Documents->Permission Slips

  • Responsibilities (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

  • Packing Lists

    • Keep a printed copy for each month in the binder

    • We keep these on our Website under Documents->Outings->Packing Lists)

  • Participant Lists

    • Keep paper copies of the participants lists

    • Blank Participant List (Excel Document, Acrobat-pdf file)
