Scout JOB Binder Preparer Binder Contents

The Scout Job Binder Preparer is on the Membership Subcommittee of the Troop 22 Parent Committee.

The Scout Job Binder Preparer is responsible for maintaining/assembling the Scout Job Binders which include one for each Troop Scout Job and a Patrol Leader Binder for each Patrol in the troop.  Twice a year new Patrol Leaders are elected and Troop Scout Jobs are appointed.  At that time the binders are passed along from the old leader to the new leader.  This is the ideal time to make sure they are up to date and restocked.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, pdf file)

• Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, pdf file)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs in September)

• Notebook Paper (A few pages, buy cheap anywhere)

• Notebook is a gift page (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Previous Volunteers sheet (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)
