Web Content Manager Binder Contents

The Website Content Manager is on the Communications Subcommittee of the Troop 22 Parent Committee.

The Website Content Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining the files for the troop website. 

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, pdf File)

• Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, pdf file)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs in September)

• Notebook is a gift page (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Previous Volunteers sheet (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Binder Sections

  • Troop Roster (Troop Documents File box)

  • Troop Calendar (Troop Documents File box)
