Calendar COORDINATOR Binder Contents

The Calendar Coordinator is on the Communications Subcommittee of the Troop 22 Parent Committee.

The Calendar Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining the Troop Calendar.  This person must understand and help coordinate the Troop Annual Program Planning process.

Outside

• Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)

• Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat File)

• Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat File)

Inside

• Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store)

• Index tab labels (Word Document)

• Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs in September)

• Notebook Paper (Any place!  Buy in September its cheaper!)

• Notebook is a gift page (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)

• Previous Volunteers sheet (Word Document, Acrobat-pdf file)
