ADULT FOOD COORDINATOR Binder Contents

Each monthly outing has an Adult Food Coordinator who is responsible for creating menus, bringing supplies and preparing food for all meals for all of the adults on the outing. It is expected that other adults will help.

Binder Itself (We usually get them at Costco but you can get them at any office supply store)
Front Cover (Word Document, Acrobat File)
Spine Label (Excel Spreadsheet, Acrobat File)

Inside

Index tabs (We usually get 5 tab index pages for each binder at an office supply store, this binder uses 10 tabs)
Index tab labels (Word Document)
Pencil Case (We try to get these as cheap as possible, usually at Longs)
