Troop 22 SEMI-Annual Equipment Inventory

Twice a year, typically in August and February, the Quartermaster with guidance from the Equipment Coordinator organizes an inventory of all of the Troop's stuff.

The Quartermaster recruits a small team of Scouts to help with the inventory.

Inventory sheets from prior years are used as a reference.

All equipment is sighted and its condition is noted.

Missing equipment is located and returned to the Storage Barn.

A report is made to the Troop Committee on the full troop inventory which includes a list of equipment needing repair or replacement in the upcoming year.
