Communications Subcommittee

The Communication subcommittee facilitates communication within the Troop.

Responsibilities include:

Sending out Troop Email reminders
Maintaining this Troop Website
Maintaining the Troop Photo Website
Publishing Troop Newsletter and other mailings
Producing and distributing the Troop calendar
Taking Minutes at the Monthly Troop Committee Meetings
Attending Roundtable and bringing information gained there
Maintaining our Troop File boxes (Troop Documents, Family File Mailboxes)
Maintaining and running our Troop parent phone tree (for parent to parent communication, Scout communication is run through the SPL and PL's phone tree)
